About the role

Aura X Studio is looking for a Bilingual Sales Assistant to support creators in building exclusive communities and monetising their content. This full‑time remote position involves handling sales‑related chat interactions in both English and Spanish, ensuring creators can focus on creation while you manage the commercial side.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to sales inquiries and provide support via chat in English and Spanish.
• Engage followers, build genuine connections, and drive revenue using data‑backed strategies.
• Assist creators with community management tools and monetisation features.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales outcomes.

Required profile

• Novice experience in sales or chat support.
• Conversational English (minimum B2 level) and fully fluent Spanish.
• Reliable laptop with at least 8 GB RAM.
• Stable internet connection of at least 30 Mbps.

Required skills

• Strong written communication and texting ability in both languages.
