Art Director

About the role

We are seeking an Art Director to lead strategic visual communications across multiple business divisions and the corporate level. The role will shape multi‑channel campaigns spanning print, digital, video, web and social media, working closely with the Creative Director, designers and writers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative solutions that align with, and at times push, brand boundaries across divisions.
• Leverage AI tools in the creative workflow to increase efficiency and drive innovation.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver cohesive, relevant creative work and iterate quickly on feedback.
• Create and present engaging visual concepts and presentations to key stakeholders.
• Transform complex marketing challenges into on‑brand, revenue‑generating visual experiences.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritising deadlines while maintaining high craftsmanship.

Required profile

• Portfolio demonstrating art direction across digital, print, experiential, branding and video.
• 2‑4 years of experience as an Art Director, in‑house or agency (financial services a plus).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in design, art direction or related field.
• Strong command of English (C1+) with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and within fast‑moving teams.
