Analytics Director – Global Social for Dove

About the role

We are seeking an Analytics Director to lead the data‑driven strategy for Dove’s global social presence across 15 markets. Reporting to the Studio Director, you will shape how measurement, insight and intelligence guide content, creator investment and channel prioritisation, ensuring every decision is evidence‑based and impactful.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the analytical vision for a multi‑market social operation.
• Build and maintain measurement architecture and executive‑level reporting frameworks.
• Lead, mentor and grow a team of analysts to deliver actionable insights.
• Partner with senior Dove stakeholders to translate platform signals and audience behaviour into strategic recommendations.
• Guide tech‑stack strategy and data‑partnerships to enhance efficiency and creativity.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading analytics functions for large‑scale social or brand initiatives.
• Strong strategic mindset with ability to influence senior clients and creative teams.
• Excellent communication skills to present complex data in clear, compelling narratives.
• Track record of delivering measurable impact on brand relevance and commercial outcomes.
