AJO/CJA Solutions Consultant – Remote

About the role

We are looking for an AJO/CJA Solutions Consultant to act as a trusted advisor for enterprise clients, translating complex business strategies into technical solutions within the Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem. You will design, configure and optimise journeys using Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) and derive insights with Customer Journey Analytics (CJA).

Key responsibilities

• Configure Adobe Journey Optimizer environments, including business rules, decision policies and offer management.
• Define journey parameters, event triggers, audience entry criteria and governance frameworks.
• Set up and validate channel integrations such as email, SMS, push notifications and web, ensuring data flow to downstream systems.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and collaborate with technical teams for resolution.
• Design and build customer journeys, configuring logic, splits, wait times and actions, and perform testing and iteration.
• Connect Customer Journey Analytics to Adobe Experience Platform data sources, create data views, metrics and attribution models.
• Develop reports and dashboards that visualise journey performance and customer behaviour.
• Write basic scripts and queries to support configuration and data validation tasks.

Required profile

• Proven experience advising enterprise clients on Adobe Experience Cloud solutions.
• Strong understanding of journey orchestration, analytics and data integration.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote, collaborative environment.
