Data and Insight Engineer (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Data and Insight Engineer to join our LATAM‑focused remote team. You will ensure data accuracy, reliability and accessibility, enabling the organization to derive meaningful insights and support data‑driven decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define data requirements and objectives.
• Design, build and maintain efficient data pipelines for collection, processing and cleaning.
• Leverage Python and AI techniques to enhance data processing and analysis.
• Manage and optimise data infrastructure on platforms such as AEP, Google Cloud and AWS.
• Implement best practices for data quality, integrity and security.
• Identify and resolve data‑related challenges in partnership with stakeholders.
• Stay up‑to‑date with emerging data‑engineering technologies and industry trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience with Python for data manipulation, scripting and automation.
• Proven experience building and maintaining data pipelines in a cloud environment.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work independently.
