AI Trainer – Wealth Management Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to help train and evaluate AI chatbots that assist finance experts. In this remote, contract position you will use your knowledge of macro trends, corporate finance, and capital markets to improve the reasoning and accuracy of AI models.

Key responsibilities

• Review and refine AI Assistant answers on topics such as macro‑economic trends, corporate finance, and capital markets.
• Design and present complex, real‑world financial scenarios to test model reasoning and identify edge cases.
• Provide clear, structured feedback on model outputs to guide iterative improvements.
• Measure model performance, track progress, and report on accuracy and reliability.

Required profile

• Fluent English (bilingual‑level proficiency).
• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical mindset.
• Advanced degree (MBA or higher) or equivalent professional experience in finance.
• Ability to work independently on a flexible schedule.
