AI Trainer – Wealth Advisor (Finance AI)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to help train AI models that assist finance experts. You will evaluate AI chatbot responses, test their reasoning with complex financial scenarios, and provide structured feedback to improve model accuracy.

Key responsibilities

• Review and improve AI Assistant answers on macro trends, corporate finance, and capital markets.
• Use your finance knowledge to assess the logic and correctness of AI outputs.
• Challenge models with real‑world edge cases to identify strengths and gaps.
• Provide clear, actionable feedback to guide model enhancements.

Required profile

• Fluent English (bilingual‑level proficiency).
• Detail‑oriented with a strong analytical mindset.
• Advanced degree (MBA, Master’s or PhD) or equivalent professional finance experience.
