Accounting Specialist – Multi‑Entity & Crypto Focus

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Accounting Specialist to own end‑to‑end accounting and core finance operations for a multi‑entity group operating across the Americas. The role is focused on delivering audit‑ready books, disciplined controls, and compliant reporting for both crypto and fiat activities while working closely with senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Own the monthly, quarterly and year‑end close across all entities, ensuring accuracy, completeness and timeliness.
• Maintain the general ledger, including journal entries, accruals, prepaids, FX revaluation and supporting schedules.
• Run a close calendar and checklist, drive the close process and clear monthly exceptions.
• Manage bookkeeping for multiple entities, enforce consistent policies and documentation standards.
• Oversee intercompany invoicing, reconciliations, balances and related‑party documentation.
• Lead crypto transaction accounting across wallets, exchanges, custodians and tokens, ensuring robust audit trails.
• Classify crypto flows, maintain schedules for realized and unrealized gains/losses and cost‑basis tracking.
• Implement finance controls, maintain a compliance calendar and coordinate with external accountants, auditors and tax advisors.

Required profile

• Hands‑on, detail‑oriented professional with a strong focus on audit readiness.
• Experience managing multi‑entity accounting and intercompany processes.
• Proven ability to work with crypto‑related accounting and reconciliation.
• Comfortable operating in a fast‑moving, cross‑functional environment.
