Account Manager – LATAM

About the role

This position works directly with enterprise customers to build and deploy conversational agents on ElevenLabs’ Agents Platform. The focus is on hands‑on execution, advising on agent design, personas, conversation flows, tool integrations and voice customization to achieve clear business outcomes in production environments.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with LATAM enterprise clients to define agent personas and conversation architectures.
• Guide customers on best practices for deploying, scaling and monitoring conversational agents.
• Assist in integrating third‑party tools and APIs into the ElevenLabs platform.
• Customize voice outputs to match brand and functional requirements.
• Ensure successful delivery of projects that meet agreed‑upon business metrics.
