Account Manager – Client Growth & Salesforce Practice

About the role

Marcus Thomas, a leading independent advertising and marketing agency, is looking for an Account Manager to drive client growth and manage relationships for its Salesforce practice. The role will be based in a hybrid environment serving clients in Buenos Aires and Santiago, and will act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Build strong, lasting client relationships based on trust and deliver measurable results.
• Guide clients in marketing automation, CRM, and lead generation decisions.
• Ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and overall account health.
• Identify and pursue revenue growth opportunities within assigned accounts.
• Monitor account profitability and manage escalations.
• Stay current with product releases for Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience in a digital marketing agency or similar environment.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Experience preparing Statements of Work and presenting documentation.
• Professional confidence, integrity, and a collaborative mindset.
