Account Executive – Senior

About the role

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Account Executive to keep projects running smoothly, manage timelines and budgets, and build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Craft detailed project plans, define scopes, build timelines and allocate resources alongside the Account Supervisor.
• Track project progress and budgets, identify potential delays and optimise costs.
• Serve as the main point of contact for client briefs, feedback and industry trend updates.
• Schedule, facilitate and document internal and client meetings, ensuring alignment on agreements and next steps.
• Design status reports and presentations for internal and external audiences.
• Support the Account Supervisor with strategic planning, problem‑solving and new business proposals.
• Manage administrative workflow using Advertmind, including estimates, client approvals, campaign evidence, billing and invoicing.
• Maintain an organised archive of project documentation such as briefs, contracts and approvals.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Account Executive, Project Manager or similar role in a creative, marketing or tech agency.
• Exceptional organisational and time‑management skills with strong attention to detail.
• Financial awareness for budget tracking, estimate management and billing follow‑ups.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, capable of managing stakeholders and delivering clear messages.
• Proactive, problem‑solving mindset and ability to collaborate in a dynamic environment.

Required skills

• Familiarity with agency management software (e.g., Advertmind).
• Tech‑savviness and comfort with digital tools used in project and financial tracking.
