Senior Growth Marketer – SEO, AI Search, Lifecycle & Social

About the role

INCORE is seeking a senior growth marketer who will own end‑to‑end marketing and client growth across SEO, AI search, lifecycle automation and social media. You will start as a one‑person powerhouse, shaping strategy, executing campaigns and building analytics, then expand to lead a small team.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute SEO and AI‑search strategies, including technical SEO, content optimization and AI visibility (AEO, GEO, AIO).
• Design, build and manage lifecycle journeys in Customer.io (segments, event‑triggered flows, personalization, A/B testing).
• Develop and run social media strategies across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X and YouTube, using AI tools for content creation and scheduling.
• Own tracking and analytics architecture (consent layer, GTM web & server‑side, GA4, Looker Studio) and ensure compliance with GDPR/CCPA.
• Lead positioning and messaging for INCORE and client brands, creating website copy, landing pages and sales decks.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in SEO, digital marketing or web growth strategy, preferably in an agency or B2B environment.
• Hands‑on experience with lead‑gen and e‑commerce funnels, CRM handoff and performance metrics (AOV, LTV, ROAS).
• Proficiency in lifecycle marketing platforms (Customer.io or similar) and strong analytical mindset.
• Near‑native English fluency with confidence presenting to clients.

Required skills

• SEO tools: SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog / Sitebulb.
• Analytics: GA4, Google Tag Manager (web & server‑side), Looker Studio.
• Lifecycle automation: Customer.io (journeys, segments, transactional messaging).
• Social media scheduling and analytics tools.
• AI tools: Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini for research, drafting and QA.
