About the role

We are seeking a Tech & GTM Recruiter to join HIRECLOUT’s Talent Operations team. This hybrid role blends recruiting coordination, operations, sourcing, and AI‑driven workflow experimentation to help scale our high‑performance recruiting engine.

Key responsibilities

• Source and identify candidates using LinkedIn, internal databases, sourcing tools and recruiting platforms.
• Support recruiters with pipeline management, candidate tracking, outreach coordination and interview scheduling.
• Maintain organized candidate records, notes and workflows within ATS and related systems.
• Administer and coordinate AI‑driven interview workflows, evaluate new automation tools and run operational pilots.
• Manage recruiting dashboards, automations and reporting to improve efficiency, speed and quality.
• Troubleshoot workflow and process issues across recruiting systems and implement process enhancements.

Required profile

• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to juggle multiple priorities.
• Tech‑savvy with a passion for learning new software quickly.
• Enjoys both operational execution and experimentation.
• Interested in the intersection of recruiting, AI, automation and startup‑style problem solving.
