About the role

TechTree is looking for motivated Talent Partners to join its AI‑enhanced recruitment network. You will act as the human layer that turns AI‑generated matches into successful hires by providing warm introductions, candidate care, and trust‑building interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Upload your professional connections and let the AI surface relevant candidate matches.
• Make direct referrals of candidates you already know.
• Conduct short screening calls to qualify and nurture matches.
• Use TechTree’s outreach tools to scale activity with minimal weekly effort.
• Maintain ongoing communication with candidates and hiring teams to ensure a smooth hiring process.

Required profile

• Strong network of tech‑focused professionals (500+ relevant contacts preferred).
• Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related HR role.
• Freelancers, in‑house TA specialists, founders, or connectors seeking flexible, high‑upside side income.
• Self‑motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
