About the role

Flowmingo is looking for motivated Talent Acquisition Business Partners to expand the reach of its AI‑powered interview platform. This is a flexible, commission‑only position where you leverage your professional network to introduce the solution to HR and recruiting teams.

Key responsibilities

• Introduce Flowmingo’s platform to HR professionals, recruiters, and decision‑makers in your network.
• Explain how the tool fits into existing hiring workflows and supports fair, efficient hiring.
• Facilitate onboarding conversations and help new users get started.
• Provide feedback on user experience to inform product improvements.
• Earn commissions for each successful referral and receive bonuses for onboarding your own organization.

Required profile

• Current or former HR professional, recruiter, or talent acquisition consultant.
• Active network of HR and recruiting contacts.
• Self‑starter with strong communication skills and a passion for recommending useful tools.
