Senior Recruiter (Remote – Argentina)

About the role

Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead talent acquisition across its Clinical Operations business. This remote position supports the company’s growth by delivering a seamless, high‑quality candidate experience and strengthening the employer brand.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and create effective sourcing strategies.
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates using multiple channels and build talent pipelines for current and future roles.
• Coordinate interviews, ensure a positive candidate experience, and maintain accurate recruitment records.
• Support offer development, background checks, and onboarding activities.
• Manage relationships with external recruiting partners and vendors.
• Analyze recruiting data, drive process improvements, and mentor junior team members.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a high degree of confidentiality.
• Strong “selling” ability to represent Worldwide Clinical Trials as a top employer.
• Assertive approach to drive the recruitment process with hiring managers.
• Experience recruiting for Clinical Operations or the clinical research industry.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
