About the role
We are looking for a proactive Sales & Marketing Manager to drive patient referrals and generate new business opportunities for a growing healthcare practice. The role blends outreach, relationship management and marketing across B2C, B2B and B2G channels while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by contacting healthcare providers, community organisations and government agencies.
- Maintain and convert existing lead lists, continuously qualifying new referral prospects.
- Represent the practice at online networking events and build strategic partnerships to increase patient referrals.
- Create marketing content for social media and coordinate timely posting with the social media team.
- Plan and execute B2C, B2B and B2G marketing initiatives to diversify revenue streams.
- Develop and propose growth strategies aligned with the practice’s brand values and long‑term goals.
Required profile
- Proven experience in sales, business development or marketing within healthcare or a service‑based industry.
- Excellent verbal communication in professional English for client‑facing interactions.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to work independently and develop growth plans.
- Personable, empathetic attitude with a genuine passion for helping people.
- High level of professionalism and brand awareness when representing the organisation.
- Familiarity with HIPAA compliance standards is a strong plus.
