About the role
Kelly is seeking a proactive Recruiter to support internal talent acquisition across the Americas. The role is fully remote with a strong preference for candidates based in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and focuses on delivering high‑quality talent for sales and corporate functions in the U.S., LATAM, and Canada.
Key responsibilities
- Lead full‑cycle recruiting from outreach to offer acceptance for a high‑volume requisition load.
- Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to engage both active and passive candidates.
- Conduct structured phone and video screens to assess skills and cultural fit.
- Manage outbound engagement through calls, messages, and email outreach.
- Present and negotiate offers, ensuring clear communication with candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition leaders to align on hiring priorities.
- Maintain accurate activity tracking in ATS platforms such as Avature or Workday.
- Identify opportunities to improve sourcing tactics and overall recruiting effectiveness.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of full‑cycle recruiting experience.
- Proven success in high‑volume recruiting environments.
- Experience recruiting for sales roles, especially Account Executives, is strongly preferred.
- Ability to source and engage passive talent across multiple regions (U.S., LATAM, Canada).
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
Required skills
- Experience with ATS platforms such as Avature.
- Experience with Workday or similar HRIS systems.
