About the role
We are seeking a detail‑oriented Inside Sales Representative to support our commercial sales operations across LATAM. The role focuses on vendor pricing, quote development, and identifying new business opportunities while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Obtain and compare pricing from multiple vendors, develop accurate customer quotes with proper margins, and ensure quote compliance.
- Place and track orders, manage vendor invoices, and provide proactive status updates to customers.
- Search for new commercial opportunities through industry channels, vendor portals, referrals, and outbound prospecting; assess fit and enter opportunities into Monday.com.
- Communicate with vendors and customers regarding quotes, pricing, and order issues; document all interactions in tracking systems.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of sales support or inside sales experience.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Comfortable handling pricing spreadsheets and managing a sales pipeline remotely.
