Homecare Specialist

About the role

Belong is seeking a Homecare Specialist to own the end‑to‑end Pro Service experience for its residents. You will manage a portfolio of 35‑50 active services, using AI tools to automate routine tasks while focusing on high‑impact member conversations, vendor coordination, and continuous process improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Own 35‑50 active Pro Services from request through completion with minimal supervision.
• Drive urgency across vendors, members, and internal teams to keep cases moving.
• Respond to member requests within SLA and maintain proactive communication throughout the service lifecycle.
• Close 4+ Pro Services per day by removing blockers and making decisive calls.
• Manage vendor relationships, including scheduling, quality control, issue resolution, and payment coordination.
• Identify systemic risks or recurring issues and propose solutions to leadership.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in operations, customer support, or service coordination.
• Proven ability to handle escalations and difficult conversations with professionalism.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the capacity to juggle multiple priorities.
• Comfortable making judgment calls in ambiguous situations and taking full ownership of outcomes.
