Executive Assistant

About the role

We are seeking an Executive Assistant to partner with senior leadership, ensuring seamless coordination of business and HR initiatives. The role demands high execution excellence, strong organisational skills and the ability to manage stakeholder relationships across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage executive calendars with autonomy, prioritising commitments and anticipating conflicts.
• Coordinate national and international travel, handling end‑to‑end logistics, documentation and contingencies.
• Prepare and submit accurate expense reports in line with internal controls.
• Organise executive meetings, define agendas, prepare materials, coordinate participants and follow up on actions.
• Drive the semi‑annual performance evaluation process, scheduling sessions and ensuring smooth execution.
• Liaise with assistants and partners across countries and functions to align cross‑regional initiatives.
• Support annual planning for Business and Human Resources activities, tracking milestones and delivery dates.
• Handle sensitive personal matters for the executive with utmost discretion.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting senior leaders in fast‑paced, complex environments.
• Strong organisational and prioritisation abilities, capable of operating independently.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in reporting and administrative processes.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for interaction with senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrated discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
