Ex-MBB Strategy Consultant – AI Training (Remote)

About the role

We are building a Management Consulting domain that translates real-world consulting engagements into structured learning environments for advanced AI systems. As an ex‑MBB strategy consultant, you will design realistic project scenarios and evaluation frameworks that enable AI models to learn high‑level business reasoning.

Key responsibilities

• Create detailed consulting project environments, including industry context, financial data, constraints, and ambiguous inputs.
• Design structured tasks for AI agents such as market sizing, commercial due diligence, cost optimization, growth strategy, and operational diagnosis.
• Develop grading rubrics, evaluation criteria, and golden‑answer solutions to train an LLM‑based grading system.
• Collaborate remotely with a team of former top‑tier consultants to ensure the authenticity and rigor of the learning material.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on consulting experience at McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Monitor Deloitte, EY‑Parthenon, Kearney, or Strategy&.
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous client problems, build financial models or market analyses, and deliver client‑ready recommendations under tight deadlines.
• Comfort presenting and defending recommendations in uncertain situations.
