About the role

This position is responsible for developing and driving employee branding initiatives that attract and engage future talent. You will work closely with target groups such as younger students and university students to shape the company’s employer image.

Key responsibilities

Develop and execute employee branding activities aligned with business objectives.
Design tailored communication solutions for identified target groups, including younger and university students.
Represent the company at student fairs and similar events to attract potential employees.
Run programs aimed at strengthening the employer brand in the market.

Required profile

Proven experience in creating and managing employer branding initiatives.
Ability to design communication solutions for specific audience segments.
Comfortable presenting the company at external events such as student fairs.
Experience in running programs that enhance the employer brand.
