Digital Project Manager

About the role

TransPerfect is seeking a Digital Project Manager to lead SEO, PPC and social media marketing projects for its translation services division. The role involves overseeing projects from initiation to delivery, acting as the single point of contact for clients and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Confirm project instructions with clients and internal stakeholders before kickoff.
• Coordinate with Account Executives and Client Services to advise clients on optimal strategies for each project.
• Negotiate rates and deadlines with contract linguists to ensure profitability and timely delivery.
• Utilize computer‑assisted translation tools, reference glossaries, and keyword research to maintain consistency and quality.
• Perform quality checks, including final eye‑review and keyword relevance assessments.
• Communicate issues, delays, or additional information promptly to relevant parties and troubleshoot as needed.
• Deliver completed projects to the delivery platform on schedule and invoice accurately within 24 hours.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction and internal coordination.
• Experience in negotiating rates and managing external vendors.
