Marketing Instructor (AI Training)

About the role

We are seeking experienced marketing educators to help shape AI‑generated content that reflects real‑world branding, consumer behavior, and go‑to‑market strategy. This fully remote, flexible contract position works with Alignerr and Labelbox, leaders in AI data development, and directly influences how large language models understand marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI‑generated marketing questions, scenarios, and explanations used in training datasets.
• Evaluate the quality of reasoning around brand positioning, messaging frameworks, and go‑to‑market strategy.
• Identify misconceptions, oversimplifications, or gaps in AI‑generated marketing content.
• Provide clear, structured feedback to improve accuracy, clarity, and real‑world relevance.
• Apply teaching experience to ensure content is pedagogically sound and accessible.
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience teaching marketing at the post‑secondary level.
• Strong command of marketing strategy, consumer behavior, and brand development.
• Ability to critically assess written business reasoning and strategic recommendations.
• Skilled at giving clear, constructive, structured feedback.
• Self‑directed and comfortable working remotely on task‑based assignments.
