About the role
You will be the engine behind DM Containers' expansion across Latin America, hunting new business, building partnerships and opening new markets for shipping container sales and leasing.
Key responsibilities
- Sell and lease shipping containers to businesses across LATAM markets and expand into new ones.
- Build a pipeline through relentless outreach, networking and market presence.
- Own the full sales cycle from first contact to close for both sales and leasing deals.
- Identify new verticals and buyer segments such as construction, logistics, storage and industrial.
- Develop long‑term partnerships with regional operators, logistics companies and port‑side buyers.
- Track market trends, port activity and competition to stay ahead.
Required profile
- 3–5 years of B2B sales experience in equipment rental, shipping containers or logistics.
- Hunter mindset – creates opportunities rather than waiting for them.
- Ability to map markets, identify targets and build winning plans.
- Deep understanding of how business is conducted in LATAM.
- Full professional fluency in Spanish; Portuguese is a strong plus for Brazil coverage.
- High energy, ownership mindset and results‑driven attitude.
