Fleet Sales Manager

About the role

We are seeking a passionate and results‑driven Fleet Sales Manager to lead the development of our fleet business in Argentina. The role will be pivotal in expanding BYD’s presence in the B2B automotive market and advancing the transition to sustainable mobility.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage fleet sales operations, from business development to customer management.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve fleet sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with government, corporate clients and key accounts.
• Coordinate with delivery, after‑sales and finance teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities within the fleet sector.
• Organise documentation and ensure accurate submission of government bids.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in fleet or automotive B2B sales, preferably in the Argentine market.
• Proven success in managing corporate accounts and achieving fleet sales goals.
• Strong negotiation, communication and presentation abilities.
• Proficient level of English.

Required skills

• Knowledge of fleet leasing, procurement and client relationship management.
• Experience with electric vehicles or sustainable mobility solutions (preferred).
• Familiarity with government bidding processes (a plus).
