Business Analyst – Remote

About the role

We are a product development and AI studio looking for a Business Analyst to join our Growth Products team. Reporting to the VP of Growth Products, you will work remotely with product managers, engineers, QA and designers to turn business needs into clear, actionable requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Write detailed user stories, acceptance criteria and supporting documentation in Jira and Confluence.
• Lead and participate in story refinement sessions with cross‑functional teams.
• Partner with Product Managers to analyse problems, propose solutions and break down features.
• Collaborate with engineering and QA to ensure requirements are testable and complete.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as backlog grooming, sprint planning and retrospectives.
• Translate stakeholder feedback into product enhancements and maintain a prioritized backlog.
• Identify edge cases, dependencies and business‑logic scenarios to mitigate risk.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in a tech/software environment.
• Proven ability to write clear user stories and acceptance criteria in Jira.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Experience collaborating with engineering, QA, product and design teams.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Familiarity with API‑driven platforms or B2B2C products is a plus.
