Associate Vendor Neutral Recruiter – Remote (LATAM)

About the role

Kelly is seeking an Associate Vendor Neutral Recruiter to join its talent acquisition team on a remote basis serving the LATAM region. You will manage end‑to‑end recruitment for a wide range of positions, helping to match the right talent with the right opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct full‑life‑cycle recruiting for multiple levels and geographic markets.
• Attract, source, and screen both passive prospects and active applicants using job boards and Kelly’s applicant tracking system.
• Partner with program offices to understand role requirements and use vendor management systems (VMS) to facilitate communication.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years high‑volume recruiting experience across various industries.
• Customer‑centric mindset with strong collaborative abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and listening skills.
• Action‑oriented, able to meet tight deadlines with urgency.
• Effective time‑management, multitasking, and prioritization with minimal direction.
• Adaptable to changing or ambiguous scenarios and demonstrates learning agility.
• Results‑driven with resilience and focus on achieving goals.

Required skills

• Experience with Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Familiarity with Vendor Management System (VMS).
