Talent Strategy Associate (Recruiter)

About the role

The Talent Strategy Associate (Recruiter) will support HR Anew’s mission by executing full‑cycle recruitment using the AHIRED Method®. Working across multiple client accounts, you will partner with hiring managers to attract, assess, and place high‑quality talent that aligns with each organization’s culture and strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead intake meetings to define role requirements, success profiles, and cultural fit.
• Design and implement targeted sourcing strategies for assigned vacancies.
• Craft engaging job postings that reflect client values and mission.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process with ownership, responsiveness, and accountability.
• Provide hiring best‑practice guidance to clients and act as a trusted advisor.
• Continuously improve recruiting workflows, reporting, and candidate experience.
• Represent HR Anew’s brand professionally in all stakeholder interactions.
