Talent Acquisitions Specialist

About the role

Mosaic Puzzles is seeking a full‑time remote Talent Acquisitions Specialist to lead end‑to‑end recruitment for our fast‑growing startup. You will partner with hiring managers, source top talent, conduct interviews, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer acceptance.
• Source candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, and niche platforms.
• Conduct interviews, assess fit, and coordinate feedback with hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate employee records and support onboarding administration.
• Assist in developing and implementing HR initiatives and policies.

Required profile

• 3–8 years of experience in recruitment, sourcing, and interviewing.
• Fluent English at C1 level or higher.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and remotely within U.S. Eastern Time business hours.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HR software.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
