Supply Chain Manager

About the role

We are a fast‑growing ecommerce business looking for a remote Supply Chain Manager to own purchasing, demand planning, logistics coordination and product data management. You will ensure smooth operations from supplier to customer while building scalable systems that improve efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Manage purchase orders, supplier communication and monitor performance and lead times.
• Forecast demand using historical data, maintain optimal inventory levels and prevent stockouts or overstock.
• Coordinate shipments with suppliers, freight forwarders and 3PLs, track deliveries and resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate product data across systems, keeping SKUs, costs and inventory up to date.
• Identify inefficiencies, design workflows and build systems to support scaling as volume grows.

• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple moving parts.
• Data‑driven decision maker who proactively solves operational problems.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, changing environment.
