Strategy Consultant – AI Training & Evaluation (MBB & Top‑Tier Firms)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced strategy consultant to help design and evaluate AI‑driven learning environments that mimic real‑world consulting engagements. The role is fully remote and project‑based, focusing on translating authentic consulting work into structured tasks for advanced language models.

Key responsibilities

• Build realistic consulting project scenarios, including industry context, financial data, constraints, and incomplete information.
• Design structured consulting tasks for AI agents such as market sizing, commercial due diligence, cost optimisation, growth strategy and operational diagnosis.
• Define evaluation criteria, grading rubrics and golden‑answer solutions to train and calibrate LLM‑based assessment systems.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on consulting experience at McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Monitor Deloitte, EY‑Parthenon, Kearney or Strategy&.
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous problems, build financial models or market analyses, and deliver client‑ready recommendations under tight deadlines.
• Comfort with uncertainty and defending recommendations in complex settings.
