Staff Fullstack Developer (Go, React, TypeScript)

About the role

HomeVision is building an AI‑powered platform (MIRA) that automates mortgage underwriting. We are looking for a Staff Fullstack Engineer to join our core product team in Argentina, working directly with founders, designers and ML engineers to create the interfaces and infrastructure that power MIRA.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end feature delivery, from database schema design to UI components, enabling underwriters to interact with AI‑driven decisions.
• Design and implement scalable, low‑latency services that handle complex loan file data as the platform processes millions of documents.
• Integrate AI models and services from the ML team into the SaaS platform, ensuring seamless hand‑offs between decisioning engines and user applications.
• Champion engineering best practices, drive adoption of AI‑enhanced tools, and improve production stability.

Required profile

• 4+ years of production software engineering experience with a track record of shipping high‑quality code.
• Strong ownership mindset: lead projects from concept through deployment and take responsibility for outcomes.
• Empathy for users, clear communication, and collaborative attitude.

Required skills

• Backend: Go (preferred), Java, C++ or similar strongly‑typed languages; concurrency, data modeling, distributed systems.
• Frontend: React, TypeScript, modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Cloud: AWS (Lambda, SQS, S3), Docker, containerization.
• Infrastructure as code: Terraform or Pulumi (bonus).
• Python for data/ML contexts (bonus).
