Social Media & Creative Manager

About the role

Oowlish is looking for a Social Media & Creative Manager to lead its digital presence across TikTok and Instagram. You will combine creativity with data‑driven insights to produce scroll‑stopping content, grow audiences and strengthen community engagement for a fast‑growing software development company serving US and European clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute social‑media strategies that increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Create, edit and publish high‑quality video and graphic content tailored for TikTok, Instagram and other platforms.
• Write compelling copy, hooks and captions optimized for each audience.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest trends, tools and best practices.
• Manage campaigns from ideation through execution and reporting.
• Monitor performance metrics and use data to refine strategies.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align social‑media efforts with overall business goals.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in social‑media management, content creation or digital marketing (beauty, skincare or DTC e‑commerce preferred).
• Proven track record of growing and engaging audiences on TikTok and Instagram.
• Strong video‑editing and graphic‑design capabilities.
• Excellent copywriting with a focus on creative hooks and captions.
• Deep understanding of social‑media trends, pop culture and platform‑native content.
• Data‑driven mindset with ability to analyze metrics and adjust strategy.
• Self‑starter attitude and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
