Site Supply Chain Manager

About the role

OPmobility is looking for a Site Supply Chain Manager to lead the inbound and outbound logistics functions across its plants. You will ensure alignment with the company’s supply‑chain vision, drive performance against stock and cost targets, and support the transformation of logistics processes to stay ahead of competitors.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor logistics performance across countries and plants, escalating gaps and coordinating recovery actions.
• Pilot logistics strategy transformation projects and validate their implementation.
• Create and maintain a global logistics dashboard with targets and achievement levels.
• Develop, update and enforce supply‑chain and packaging standards in Operations and Engineering.
• Lead and develop inbound and outbound supply‑chain teams, including recruitment, training and skill‑matrix management.
• Ensure compliance with the company code of conduct and promote it within the team.
• Manage budgetary aspects such as hours, travel costs, investments and workload.
• Provide accurate reporting to all relevant stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading supply‑chain or logistics functions in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to monitor performance metrics and drive corrective actions.
• Excellent leadership and people‑development skills, including recruitment and training.
• Ability to manage budgets and deliver clear, data‑driven reports.
• Commitment to ethical conduct and promotion of company values.
