Shipboard Concierge – Guest Services Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Shipboard Concierge to deliver premium guest services aboard our vessel operating in Argentina. The role focuses on VIP, loyalty, group and concierge guests, ensuring seamless experiences from arrival to departure.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all guests, with special attention to VIP, loyalty, group and concierge clientele.
• Plan, coordinate and execute group, loyalty and concierge events, managing all related stakeholders.
• Handle escalated guest concerns with professionalism, empathy and prompt resolution.
• Maintain the appearance, cleanliness and stock of the Concierge lounge, loyalty spaces and conference rooms.
• Provide personalized services such as transportation, restaurant reservations, spa treatments, shore excursions, flower arrangements, tailoring, babysitting and more.
• Uphold the ship’s service standards, ensuring consistent hospitality across all guest and crew interactions.

Required profile

• Fluent, clear and courteous English communication skills.
• 2‑3 years of front‑desk or receptionist experience in a 4‑ or 5‑star hotel.
• Proven ability to manage events with 80+ guests.
• Previous shipboard guest‑services experience is an advantage.
