Senior Software Engineer

About the role

Qventus is seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join the PAT Assist team, building the Perioperative Care Coordination solution that automates pre‑admission testing workflows for hospitals. You will help create scalable, intelligent systems that reduce administrative burden for nurses and enable care teams to focus on patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of pre‑admission testing (PAT) workflows, hospital operations, and user needs.
• Collaborate closely with engineers and product managers to define and refine product requirements.
• Own the design, execution, and optimization of the PAT Assist product.
• Engage with customers and stakeholders to validate concepts and gather feedback.
• Ensure a seamless user experience that balances simplicity, rigor, and delight.
• Mentor and support cross‑functional teammates across engineering.
• Deliver and communicate a cohesive product vision aligned with company goals.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in product engineering.
• Proven track record delivering solutions in a fast‑paced remote startup environment.
• Strong communicator able to influence and collaborate across all levels.
• Systems thinker who balances big‑picture vision with attention to detail.
