Senior Sales Consultant

About the role

Cultural Care Au Pair, part of EF (Education First), is seeking a Senior Sales Consultant to join its Buenos Aires team. Reporting to the Country Product Manager, you will drive growth of the au‑pair program in Argentina by guiding prospective candidates from first contact through departure.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a personal pipeline of au‑pair candidates, achieving weekly and monthly sales targets through phone and face‑to‑face consultations.
• Build and maintain high‑quality relationships with candidates, ensuring a seamless experience from inquiry to matching.
• Use Salesforce CRM to track candidate progress, document interactions, and support retention efforts.
• Mentor less‑experienced team members, sharing sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Contribute to local market strategy, identifying new channels, partnerships, and promotional opportunities.
• Represent Cultural Care with external partners such as schools and universities.
• Collaborate with U.S. operations teams to resolve issues and improve the candidate journey.

Required profile

• Proven sales track record with a strong commercial mindset.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and comfortable taking ownership of outcomes.
• Interest in cultural exchange and the au‑pair sector.

Required skills

• Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM platform.
