Senior Media Buyer (Remote)

About the role

AIOS is seeking a Senior Media Buyer to lead and scale its Meta advertising efforts across the UK and new international markets. Working remotely, you will partner closely with the Head of Performance to manage a multi‑million‑pound monthly spend while maintaining strict control over CAC and ROAS.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, allocate, and optimise Meta ad spend to meet profit‑aware ROAS and CAC targets.
• Design and maintain campaign structures, creative libraries, and compliance frameworks for each market.
• Translate performance data into actionable creative briefs for the Creative Lead.
• Maintain rigorous reporting cadence and performance dashboards.
• Scale the Meta media buying operation, eventually building a dedicated pod and expanding into new markets.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience managing large‑scale Meta paid acquisition campaigns.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on profitability metrics.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams.
• Experience in regulated industries such as healthcare is a plus.
