Senior Full Stack Developer – AI & Remote (Argentina)

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Full Stack Developer to join a fast‑paced New York tech team while working remotely from Argentina or anywhere in LATAM. You will drive AI‑focused features, integrating large language models and modern generative‑AI frameworks into production‑grade applications.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement end‑to‑end features, from database schema to responsive frontend UI.
• Build and optimise AI‑driven workflows, including LLM integration, Retrieval‑Augmented Generation and prompt engineering.
• Participate in high‑level system design and architectural decisions to ensure scalability.
• Collaborate daily with the New York team during US business hours via stand‑ups and technical discussions.
• Mentor teammates by conducting rigorous code reviews and promoting best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of professional full‑stack development experience.
• Demonstrated experience with AI/LLM technologies and APIs.
• Fluent verbal and written English for direct communication with the US team.
• Ability to work aligned with EST/EDT business hours.

Required skills

• Full‑stack development (frontend and backend).
• AI/LLM integration experience (OpenAI, Anthropic APIs).
• Familiarity with frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex.
• Database architecture and design.
