Senior Digital Designer – Performance & Ads (Remote, Argentina)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Digital Designer to join a fast‑paced, performance‑driven marketing team of a well‑established US company. The role is fully remote and based in Argentina, offering long‑term stability and collaboration with media buyers, strategists and account managers.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce static, motion and video ad creatives for platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube.
• Create multiple ad variations for testing, scaling and performance optimisation.
• Edit short‑form video and UGC‑style content.
• Design landing pages using Unbounce, Webflow or HubSpot.
• Collaborate with media buyers and marketing teams, iterating creatives based on performance data.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate creative production.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in digital design, performance marketing or agency environments.
• Strong portfolio showcasing ads, campaigns, motion and video work.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Understanding of digital ad formats, conversion‑focused design and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent communication and remote collaboration skills.
• Based in Argentina.
