Senior Designer – Studio (Remote, Buenos Aires)

About the role

DEPT® is looking for a Senior Designer to join its Global Studios team. You will work remotely from Buenos Aires on emotive, conversion‑focused digital campaigns for world‑leading brands, helping shape perceptions and drive market share.

Key responsibilities

• Mentor and oversee Junior and Midweight Designers, providing constructive feedback.
• Translate briefs into complete designs from concept to delivery.
• Source images and create artwork, including prompting generative AI tools.
• Design responsive emails, static ads, landing pages, and paid social storyboards.
• Maintain and develop onsite marketing templates and weekly newsletter visuals.
• Research competitors and stay current with design and marketing trends.
• Ensure brand integrity and high‑quality output across all deliverables.
• Drive timely delivery by aligning work with team capabilities.
• Represent DEPT® as an employer of choice during interviews.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of digital design experience, preferably in an agency setting.
• Proven track record across brand, direct‑response, and above‑the‑line creative work.
• Strong client‑facing skills, able to pitch ideas and build relationships.
• Excellent eye for layout, typesetting, and retouching.
