Senior Designer – Global Studios

About the role

DEPT® is looking for a Senior Designer to join its Global Studios team. You will create emotive, conversion‑focused digital experiences for world‑leading brands, working remotely from Buenos Aires.

Key responsibilities

• Mentor and oversee Junior and Midweight Designers, providing feedback and coaching.
• Take briefs from concept to delivery, ensuring high‑quality visual output.
• Source images, artwork, and generate content using generative AI prompts.
• Design responsive emails, static ads, landing pages, and paid‑social storyboards.
• Create and maintain onsite marketing templates and weekly newsletter visuals.
• Research competitors, stay up‑to‑date with design and marketing trends, and protect brand integrity.
• Present work internally and to clients, and contribute ideas in creative reviews.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of digital design experience in an agency environment.
• Proven ability to manage and develop junior talent.
• Strong visual judgment, emotional intelligence, and a collaborative mindset.
• Comfort presenting concepts to clients and internal teams.
