Senior Business Analyst – Commerce (LatAm)

About the role

Perficient is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead commerce‑focused initiatives across Latin America. You will own day‑to‑day engagement management, coordinate multi‑disciplinary teams, and ensure successful delivery for high‑profile clients.

Key responsibilities

• Understand and guide complex program structures, providing direction to development teams.
• Collaborate with product managers, QA, operations, and external IT partners.
• Negotiate scope, schedule, and funding with business and IT stakeholders.
• Define metrics and reporting mechanisms to track performance across multiple teams.
• Manage milestones and lead engineering teams through all project phases.

Required profile

• 10+ years of consulting experience with strong relationship, account, and sales support skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects and large, multi‑team engagements.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent; PMP certification and Scrum/Agile experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
