Senior Agentic Engineer

About the role

Webflow is looking for a Senior Agentic Engineer to join its remote‑first team in Argentina. You will act as an embedded technical partner for Engineering, Product & Design, shaping internal AI infrastructure and operational workflows that boost efficiency across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship AI‑powered agents and automations that streamline core processes such as beta recruitment, launch readiness, resource tracking, and program reporting.
• Maintain a curated library of reusable AI skills and agents, ensuring quality, discoverability, and consistent patterns for all EPD teams.
• Partner with EPD leaders to translate high‑friction manual tasks into reliable, scalable AI‑backed workflows.
• Own end‑to‑end full‑stack AI development, from prototyping with APIs and webhooks to deploying internal services that integrate with Jira, Confluence, Slack, and internal data sources.
• Create clear documentation, guides, and demos to enable both technical and non‑technical teammates to adopt and troubleshoot the tools you build.

Required profile

• Senior‑level engineer with a strong builder mindset who enjoys coding, thinking in APIs, and prototyping with agents.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, remote‑first environment and collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
• Full‑time permanent employee willing to contribute to internal AI tooling roadmap.
