Senior Accountant – Multi-Entity Consolidation (Remote, Argentina)

About the role

Crossmint is looking for a Senior Accountant to own the full accounting cycle for its multi-entity group spanning the United States, Europe and upcoming entities. Based in Buenos Aires and working remotely, you will partner closely with the Group Controller to deliver accurate closes, audit-ready financials and a robust accounting foundation for a fast-growing fintech.

Key responsibilities

• Manage monthly, quarterly and annual closes for all group entities, ensuring compliance with US GAAP, IFRS and local Argentine PGC.
• Lead multi-entity consolidation and intercompany reconciliations across US, Spain and other jurisdictions.
• Coordinate external audit processes, prepare audit schedules and respond to auditor inquiries.
• Supervise a Junior Accountant, delegating day-to-day bookkeeping while focusing on review, technical accounting and process improvement.
• Identify and implement accounting process enhancements to support scaling and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a multi-entity, international environment.
• Proven track record with US GAAP, IFRS and local Argentine accounting standards.
• Experience managing external audits and intercompany transactions.
• Strong analytical mindset and excellent written and spoken English.
• Ability to work independently from Argentina on a remote basis.
