About the role
Paymentology is seeking a Senior Account Manager to act as the strategic partner for our key banking and fintech clients. You will drive client satisfaction, growth, and retention while aligning our global payments platform with each client’s long‑term objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute tailored Success Plans that reflect client goals and business strategies.
- Lead regular client meetings, including weekly operational reviews, monthly performance reviews, quarterly business reviews, and annual steering committees.
- Manage high‑value accounts as the primary point of contact, building trust with senior stakeholders.
- Ensure timely delivery of solutions, gather feedback, and implement initiatives to improve client experience and reduce churn.
- Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities, drive contract renewals, and negotiate terms that enhance value.
- Prepare and present KPI reports, track Success Plan achievements, and provide data‑driven recommendations.
- Mentor junior account managers and foster a client‑centric culture within the team.
Required profile
- Proven experience managing high‑value client relationships in a fast‑paced, global environment.
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate client objectives into actionable plans.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, comfortable presenting to senior executives.
- Track record of driving customer success, retention, and revenue growth.
