Semi-Senior Attorney – Dispute Resolution (Buenos Aires)

About the role

We are seeking a semi‑senior attorney to join the Dispute Resolution practice in our Buenos Aires office. The successful candidate will have 3‑6 years of experience handling litigation, arbitration and public‑law matters and will work closely with both local and global teams to protect our clients’ interests.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support litigation and arbitration cases across commercial, civil and public‑law domains.
• Provide legal advice on defamation, contract termination, breach of contract and ESG‑related disputes.
• Collaborate with international colleagues to develop cohesive dispute‑resolution strategies.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high‑quality service delivery.
• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and team development.

Required profile

• 3‑6 years of post‑qualification experience in litigation, arbitration or public law.
• Fluent English and native‑level Spanish.
• Strong academic record from a recognized law school.
• Commitment to client service, teamwork and diversity.
• Ability to analyse complex legal issues and propose clear solutions.
