About the role

PepsiCo is seeking a Sales Manager for its SodaStream Business Unit. The role will lead the sales team, shape growth strategies for modern and traditional trade channels, and build strong relationships with retailers to drive sustainable sales, profitability, and market share.

Key responsibilities

  • Define and execute sales strategies across Modern Trade and Traditional Trade.
  • Develop and implement growth plans to improve sell‑in and sell‑out performance.
  • Manage key account relationships and lead high‑level commercial negotiations.
  • Deliver accurate sales forecasts and periodic performance reports.
  • Create and oversee promotional, pricing, and merchandising initiatives.
  • Ensure rapid market penetration of new product launches.
  • Analyze business performance (sell‑in, sell‑out, P&L) to inform decision‑making.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the sales team.

Required profile

  • 8–10+ years of retail sales or account management experience in FMCG.
  • Proven track record of leading teams and managing key accounts.
  • Strong analytical mindset with results‑driven orientation.
  • Excellent negotiation, influence, and leadership abilities.
  • Proactive, resilient, and growth‑oriented personality.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Commercialization or related field.
  • Advanced proficiency in English.
